You can redo these to your liking or acquire the custom content if you want things to look the same or similar to the way my lots look. As such, the save file lots may not look like the screenshots. Keep in mind that this world and the lots are quite small and I use a lot of custom content that will NOT be included in the downloads.
I tried to include as many different places as I could, using rabbit hole rugs and basements to keep the small, vacation type of theme I was going for. You can use Hylewood as a home or vacation world. You are free to build them as you like or use the save file with the lots that I have created. The world I’m sharing will have only empty lots. You do not need the original world and/or the caw files for this version to work but they can be found on Nilxis’s website. My version of Hylewood will include the world and a save file. After discussing this topic on the MTS forums, sharing pictures of this project and getting a very positive response, I decided it would be nice to have a place for those interested to come and get more information about Hylewood. I used Create a World to edit Hylewood to use as a home world for myself in The Sims 3. Just in time for Fall!
